Alpha Chaser members( paid subscribers) benefit from all the work that goes into the creation of this educational content and the knowledge they acquire by consuming it. As such refunds are not provided. Alpha chasers employees are focused on providing great content and do not wish to handle billing issues. You may change your payment method or cancel at any time by emailing Arete@aretetrading.net . We do not refund prorated, already processed or unused parts of the subscription service. To assure an accurate change to billing status or cancellation, please include your discord handle and the email address used to sign up. Failure to do so means possible delays in accurately identifying your account and therefore impedes the billing or cancellation request.
